Martin Cornish and Edward Black Quoted in Opalesque on EU Directive

Martin Cornish, the firm’s Managing Partner, and Edward Black, a special counsel in the Financial Services Practice, were quoted in an article in Opalesque on the EU's Directive on Alternative Investment Fund Managers. Mr. Black says this is an example of a new era—a stark contrast to recent years, which have seen some moves towards lighter regulation. He adds that the requirements will impose standards that will make business more difficult.
