Andrew Thomas is a Solicitor in the Firm’s Financial Services Practice where he specialises in representing investment managers in establishing, structuring and providing ongoing advice to onshore and offshore investment funds including hedge funds, private equity funds, property funds and UCITS III funds.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Thomas worked for over two years at Henderson Global Investors Limited as their offshore funds lawyer primarily working on UCITS III and hedge funds. Before that, he was with Linklaters LLP both in London and Luxembourg.
Mr. Thomas was admitted to the bar of England and Wales in 2001 and as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2004. He was awarded a BA (Hons) in History and Politics by the University of Exeter and attended the College of Law in Guildford and London.
