Mark Silveira is a Solicitor in the Firm’s Corporate Practice where he advises on private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and fund formations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Silveira worked for over three years as an associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis, where he gained experience advising U.S. and European private equity firms on their investments and fundraising. Before that, he was a trainee solicitor at Norton Rose.
Mr. Silveira graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Accounting and Finance. Subsequently, he worked as a Research Associate in the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Division of the Congressional Research Service (CRS) in Washington, D.C. Mr. Silveira completed his PGDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London, and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2006.
