Imran Sami specialises in all aspects of corporate, domestic and cross-border public and private M&A and equity capital markets transactions. He has particular experience advising both investors and companies in private equity and venture capital transactions.
Mr. Sami has worked for clients in a wide range of industries and in a number of countries. A number of these transactions have won awards, including advising a contested ‘take private’ transaction of a very large UK plc and the subsequent disposal of the property portfolio.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Simmons & Simmons in London.
Mr. Sami gained an LLB from University College London. He is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
